We are looking for:

Recruitment Specialist based in Galați (2000 Euro)

We are an international service company in the oil and gas industry, as well as the maritime sector. Our projects are primarily based in Europe, but we also operate globally. We work with international clients in the oil, gas, and heavy industry sectors, contributing to their projects either as contractors or by providing personnel solutions. With offices in Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, and Romania, we offer comprehensive solutions to our clients.

Are you accustomed to a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy solving challenges and consider yourself self-motivated? Do you have at least 3 years of recruiting experience?

If so, we might be the perfect match, and you could be our new Recruitment Specialist based in Galați.

Please note that this is an in-office position in Galați.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with our offices in Sweden and the Netherlands and conduct pre-employment checks.
  • Communicate feedback from candidates.
  • Draft contracts and manage document uploads.
  • Generate employee IDs and update candidate details in our database.
  • Report and analyze candidate data to find suitable candidates.
  • Support existing personnel and participate in the recruitment process for clients.
