Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven dispatcher with a specialization in Reefer freight. If you have a strong track record in the industry and want to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing company, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in the U.S. logistics market.

As a Reefer Truck Dispatcher, You Will:

• Communicate with brokers and shippers to negotiate top-paying loads
• Ensure Reefer trucks are consistently booked with high-quality freight
• Plan and optimize drivers’ routes across the USA for maximum efficiency
• Manage multiple drivers to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during transit

Who You Are:

• You have at least 24 months of experience as a dispatcher in the U.S. trucking industry, specifically working with Reefer loads
• Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills
• A great problem-solver who remains calm under pressure
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple trucks, loads, and schedules efficiently
• Available to work on-site in Chisinau, Monday to Friday, from 15:00 to 00:00
