Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced After-Hours Dispatcher who can handle overnight dispatch operations and ensure seamless load management while the day team is offline.

If you have dispatch experience in the U.S. freight market, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment, we want to hear from you!

As an After-Hours Dispatcher, You Will:

• Manage dispatch operations outside of regular business hours.
• Monitor active loads, ensuring smooth pickups, transit, and deliveries.
• Handle emergencies, delays, or any unexpected challenges.
• Negotiate with brokers/shippers and secure profitable loads.
• Keep drivers updated on their schedules and resolve any issues.
• Coordinate multiple trucks across different time zones.

Who You Are:

• Experience: At least 6 months of dispatching experience in the U.S. trucking industry.
• Fluent in English: Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Problem-Solver: Quick thinker who can handle last-minute issues efficiently.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple drivers and loads simultaneously.
• Independent & Responsible: Can work solo during after-hours and make smart decisions.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 00:00 – 09:00 AM (Chisinau Time)
Location: Chisinau Office
