As an Accounting Specialist, You Will

• Manage invoicing and billing for dispatch services
• Process carrier payments and track receivables from brokers and shippers
• Ensure compliance with U.S. financial regulations and tax requirements
• Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports for management
• Coordinate with factoring companies and financial institutions for payment processing
• Assist in preparing tax filings and financial statements
• Work closely with the dispatch team to streamline payment and invoicing workflows

Who You Are

• Minimum 6 months of accounting experience in logistics on the U.S. market
• Fluent in English (spoken and written – required for U.S. market operations)
• Strong understanding of U.S. financial regulations, invoicing, and tax compliance
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple financial transactions efficiently
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

• On-site (Chisinau office)
• Monday to Friday, 15:00 - 00:00
