KeepUp Systems is looking for:

Customer Support with knowledge of Portuguese

KeepUp Systemsoffers IT consulting tailored to client’s needs, focusing on CRM, feedback collection, and quality control.

Company also provides software development, infrastructure maintenance, and customization. With expertise in automation, data security, and project management tools, KeepUp Systems deliver comprehensive solutions.

The position provides a convenient work schedule and the opportunity to practice English & Portuguese and improve communication skills. We are looking for a person interested in a long-term cooperation and willing to respond to customer requests and solve product problems with the team. An analytical mindset and creative approach will come in handy.

Responsibilities: 
  • Communicate with customers through tickets and chats.
  • Make records about customers in CRM and Google Sheets.
  • Consider complaints.
  • Report technical and other problems to your manager.
Requirements:
  • Similar work experience will be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of spoken and written Portuguese.
  • Possibility to work from the office 5/2
