Administration Manager / HR Assistant

Company Overview:
KeepUp Systems offers IT consulting tailored to client’s needs, focusing on CRM, feedback collection, and quality control.
Company also provides software development, infrastructure maintenance, and customization. With expertise in automation, data security, and project management tools, KeepUp Systems deliver comprehensive solutions.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an administrative manager who combines creativity with a proactive approach. You will be responsible for overseeing daily support operations and planning administrative procedures. If you are organized, energetic, and know how to make a workspace both cozy and functional, we would love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient organization of the office (monitor the availability of office supplies and order new ones as needed).
  • Track the budget and allocate it for office operations.
  • Arrange maintenance services to keep the office clean and safe.
  • Ordered and coordinated business lunches and company visits accordingly.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Maintained document flow and collaborated with the company’s legal and finance departments.
  • Organize corporate events and employee gifts.

Requirements:

  • Experience using digital tools (G Suite, Slack, MS Office products, Jira).
  • Strong proficiency in Romanian — conversational skills at B2 level or higher.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and set priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

It would be a plus:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
