UI Designer

OOK Group is a fast-growing company based in Moldova. We specialize in mobile and web application development, as well as developing strong and scalable back-end systems to support our internal projects. We work together to design and create digital products that we are proud of for the people we believe in.
 
We're expanding our creative team and seeking a passionate UI Designer. In this role, you'll collaborate with our Product Designer to craft visually stunning, user-friendly interfaces that elevate the overall user experience. Join us in shaping the future of digital design!
 
What you will need:

• 2 years of professional experience as a UI Designer, preferably in mobile applications.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing your best design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (styles, components, auto-layout, variables).
• Attention to detail and the ability to create rich visual experiences.
• A solid understanding of Google’s and Apple’s guidelines.
• Experience with UI kits and adaptive design principles.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Openness to constructive feedback and eagerness to grow professionally.
• Fluency in English, Romanian, and Russian.

 What you will do:

• Collaborate closely with the Design team to translate users’ needs into engaging interface designs.
• Create both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Refine prototypes based on feedback from design reviews, business goals, and development requirements.

Nice to have:

• Experience in usability testing.
• Experience in heuristic evaluation analysis.
