What You’ll Do
As a UI/UX Designer at iFLY, you’ll:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to create user-centered designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms by maintaining and evolving our design system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and travel technology.
• Advocate for the user by ensuring their needs are at the forefront of every design decision.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (we’re looking for someone with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences!).
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• A solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility.
• Knowledge of design systems and the ability to create scalable, reusable components.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A forward-thinking mindset and the ability to anticipate future design trends and user needs.
