What you’ll do:

• Seamlessly onboard new talent, ensuring a smooth start for every new team member;
• Maintain meticulous records of our dynamic team, keeping everything organized and up-to-date;
• Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle: hiring, transfers, terminations, business trips, leaves, and disciplinary actions;
• Handle and safeguard employment records, ensuring they are complete and securely stored;
• Plan and track employee leave, crafting well-organized vacation schedules;
• Provide official employment verifications and other related documentation;
• Oversee the accuracy of sick leave forms and ensure correct insurance information for temporary disability benefits;
• Monitor and ensure timely preparation of work time tracking sheets;
• Keep all HR documentation (contracts, orders, logs) well-organized and ready for archival.

What you need:

• Strong proficiency in Romanian, Russian, and English;
• Deep understanding of labor legislation in the Republic of Moldova (IT Park legislation knowledge would be an advantage);
• Hands-on experience with 1-C software;
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (People Force) would be an advantage;
• 2+ years of professional experience in HR administration;
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal, or other related fields.
