• Employee Counselling & 1:1 Engagements
• Onboarding, Off boarding, & Documentation Management
• HR Administration & System Management
• Training & Development Programs
• Event Management & Team-Building Initiatives
• Visa & Work Permit Support
• Other HR Duties (additional HR tasks, actively contributing to continuous improvement

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally with a focus on employee engagement, retention, or people management. Additional experience in related fields would be a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for supporting employees and promoting positive workplace culture.
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Experience in HR administration, document management, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools for tracking engagement, onboarding, and employee progress.
