As part of the company’s expansion in Moldova, we are looking for a professional to join our team.
 
What You'll Do

• Manage HelpDesk tickets in a timely manner;
• Respond to customer issues via phone, email and Teams;
• Provide customer assistance;
• Document customer interactions;
• Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues;
• Escalate issues to the IT department with next level of difficuly;
• Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software;
• Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved;
• Route tickets for other departments;
• Working with Asset Manager.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in a HelpDesk environment;
• Proficiency with Windows, MAC, Linux OS computers;
• Proficiency with Android and iOS devices;
• Attention to the details and ability to work with minimal supervision in order to keep detailed notes on tickets;
• Highly organized to keep HelpDesk tickets order;
• Ability to diagnose and resolve computer technical and software issues;
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills;
• Languages: Russian (B1), Romanian (B1), English (at least B1);
• Flexibility, initiative, and desire to improve processes.
