We are looking for:
CEO Assistant | Office Manager
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional? Do you have excellent communication skills and thrive in a dynamic work environment? Join our team as an CEO Assistant | Office Manager and play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of our executive operations!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily agenda and activities of the CEO;
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and business travel arrangements;
- Handle internal and external correspondence;
- Oversee office operations, including supply procurements.
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in Management, Economics, Law, or related fields);
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage;
- Proficiency in Romanian and English (another foreign language is a plus);
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and productivity applications;
- Proactive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
