Job Description:
- Issue, exchange, and refund airline tickets
- Assist travel agents with reservation and ticketing-related issues over the phone, via email, and chat, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions through the back-office and handle email requests efficiently.
- Engage with different consolidators to ensure a seamless ticketing process.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the manager, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the operations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Online Travel Agencies (OTA).
- Proven experience as an airline ticketing agent.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
- Exceptional written English skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the ticketing process from issuance to exchange.
- Certification in Apollo, Galileo, Sabre, and/or Amadeus systems by either IATA, Airlines or GDS is highly desirable.
