Customer support specialist in logistic company

The primary responsibilities of the OPERATOR have to efficiently manage multiple drivers at a time and fix problems as they arise.

We are looking for a reliable Support Tehnical manager to act as a communication point for brokers and truck drivers.
The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming internal and external customer phone calls, exercising judgment within specification of standard practices
- Handle complex customer queries and complaints;
- Work in the software transport management system.
- Resolve a wide variety requests, which include gathering additional information, setting expectations and working with other support organisations.

Desired Qualifications:
- Required Computer and Software Skills: Basic experience using computers.
- Experience using dispatch and trucking software preferred.
- Excellent customers service, taking orders and making transport plan.
- Ability to keep calm in stressful situations, flexible willing to work in day and switch also to middle shift
- Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Ability to put together a team of professionals.
