What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting travelers with bookings, itinerary adjustments, and general inquiries.
- Providing timely and accurate support via phone and email.
- Anticipating customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Working alongside sales and booking teams to streamline processes.
- Identifying and reporting technical issues to improve service efficiency.
- Sharing insights to enhance the overall travel experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Spanish or French are a plus).
