Transportation Assistant

We are a Canadian moving service company committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a Transportation Assistant to join our logistics team. This role involves supporting our dispatchers and ensuring seamless coordination of our moving operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dispatchers with managing daily moving schedules and transportation activities.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, teams, and clients to ensure timely operations.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Use Google Maps to assist with route planning and resolve any transportation issues.
• Monitor transportation performance and provide insights to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Excellent proficiency in Russian and intermediate English (both written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in Russian (both spoken and written).
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Maps.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Salary & Benefits:
