ABOUT US
We are a team of education enthusiasts forming an excellent training department at Air Business Class! Our mission is to teach new employees in our company how to do their jobs. Additionally, we help experienced employees develop even further as well.
We teach people in a way that’s genuinely easy to understand, useful and memorable. We make our materials fun. And we combine education with art!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a member of our team, you will conduct online training sessions with our employees.
(!) You do not need any travel industry experience. We will teach you everything. All you need is a passion for teaching!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Come up with lesson plans and practice activities
- Train new employees: conduct training sessions with groups of people online
- Train existing employees: conduct training sessions with our experienced employees, helping them improve discussions and practice activities
WORK CONDITIONS
- salary starting from $1,500+ depending on your experience
- 7h work shift + 1h of breaks
- official employment, paid vacation 28 days per year, salary on your debit card
- hybrid, with the possibility of going fully remote in the future

REQUIREMENTS
- B2 Level of English minimum, C1-C2 desired
- At least 6 months of teaching/training experience
- Personal interest in teaching
- Familiarity with computers and basic apps (e.g. gmail)
