We’re a growing SaaS company delivering specialized software solutions to a global client base. As our product evolves, we're investing heavily in high-quality, structured documentation to support our customers, development team, and product managers.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Writer with a strong understanding of technical documentation, business analysis, and software development processes.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for:
• End customers (how-to guides, product manuals)
• Internal developers (technical specs, architecture docs, API docs)
• Product managers (feature documentation, business workflows)
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to gather and clarify information.
• Help standardize and structure our documentation process and tools.
• Translate complex ideas into accessible, accurate, and engaging content.
• Organize documentation for scalability and easy access (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, or Git-based docs).

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a software or SaaS environment.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with software development tools (e.g., Git, Swagger, REST APIs).
• Experience writing for multiple audiences (e.g., customers, devs, stakeholders).

Bonus: background in business analysis or experience working with product teams.
