Marketing Manager

Katch (www.katch.ie) is a professional matchmaking service for singles. 
Based in Ireland with offices downtown Chisinau and Wexford, Ireland.

With big plans to expand across Europe and North America this is a very exciting and interesting time to come on board and as Marketing Manager you will play a big part in this growth and will put your own stamp on your role.

Based out of Chisinau you will report into the General Manager Ireland. This is a super interesting job and would suit perhaps a Senior Marketing Executive looking to take the next step to Marketing Manager; someone who is super motivated, career driven and hard working.Initially this will be a stand-alone role, but more importantly it's a growth role and if all goes to plan this person will build a marketing team around them.

Salary €30k may be negotiable but must reflect experience.

Responsibilities for the job of Marketing Manager

• Manage the brand's social media presence, monitoring engagement, analysing data, and optimising strategies to increase followers, drive traffic, and generate sales
• Develop and implement innovative and effective marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
• Identify target markets and think of ideas to reach these prospective customers
• Build partnerships with businesses to attract customers
• Organise the creation of marketing materials and innovative campaigns
• Stay up to date with new marketing trends and technologies, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the brand's marketing efforts
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making
• Create and implement an annual marketing plan; regularly updating the management team on progress
• Review opportunities for marketing strategies like TV, Press and Radio advertising
• Organise events in conjunction with the management team
• Email marketing
• Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI

Key Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in marketing management
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
