MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Managers and Partners in advising clients on various tax matters;
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations;
• Provide and/or monitor tax compliance to various clients;
• Perform tax checking within various types of assignments;
• Liaise with other departments of the firm to provide client support and advice.
• Maintain outstanding business relationships with existing customers, associates, and governmental authorities;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures;
• Improve the audit process to increase compliance and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Economics/Mathematics with focus on taxation.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in taxation.
• Results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic and team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Pro-active in developing technical knowledge and understanding of taxation.
• Excellent verbal and written language skills in both Romanian and English.
• Computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
