Senior Accountant & Client Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Client Manager with profound accounting and sales/business development experience to join our Chișinău office. This role combines solid accounting knowledge with a strong emphasis on onboarding new business and on managing client relationships, making it ideal for professionals who are both detail-oriented and people-focused.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Offer and provide high-quality accounting services to international clients, in compliance with national (SNC) and/or IFRS standards
- Establish contacts and manage communication with potential and current clients and with service providers (strategic partners), understanding their needs in the field of financial solutions
- Able to prepare and submit reports to the State Tax Service (SFS) and National Bureau of Statistics (BNS)
- Experienced in reviewing and supervising accounting records, financial statements and tax reports
- Collaborate with internal departments and regional offices to support cross-border projects
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Additional certifications such as ACCA, CAP/CIP – a strong advantage
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in reporting & general accounting with strong focus on client service
- Hands-on experience with local reporting to tax and statistical authorities
Language Skills:
- Romanian – Advanced (written and spoken)
- Russian – Advanced (written and spoken)
- English – Advanced (written and spoken, including comprehension of accounting policies and reports)
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in 1C accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of SNC and/or IFRS reporting – a strong advantage

What We Offer:
- Gross salary range EUR 1800-2800
- 80-100% workload, minimum 32 hours/week
