Sales Support Representative

Are you a strong communicator, full of energy, and know how to turn a quote into a deal?

Our client, a steel fabricator, is looking for a Sales Support Representative to assist our team of Sales Engineers. The team works daily on quotes and designs for customers across Europe, and we need someone to help them properly follow up on clients. That’s where you come in!

What are we looking for?

• You have strong communication skills and are not afraid to pick up the phone
• You are a true team player who enjoys working with colleagues
• You speak and write English and German on a high level (French is a big plus!)
• You have a friendly and motivated attitude
• Sales experience is a bonus, but enthusiasm and proactivity matter most!

What will you do?

• Actively following up on open quotations and calling customers
• Maintaining contact with (potential) clients across Europe
• Collaborating with Sales Engineers to help them close the quotations.
• Contributing to the company's success by converting quotes into orders.
• Providing administrative support to the sales department
