Retention Agent - FX Broker

Office Location: Chisinau

We are looking for an experienced Retention Agent (English speaker) for our client, a Chisinau-based, regulated broker. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, resolving issues, and maximizing customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and retain customer accounts
• Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions
• Build strong client relationships to boost retention

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience - English Retention
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work efficiently and achieve goals
