Procurement Specialist

POSITION PURPOSE: Jointly and supervision of Ukrainian Procurement team planning and organization of purchasing activities, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships in order to meet business needs in goods, works and services in full compliance with the Company Procedures and Moldavian Legislation. This role requires strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize end to end supplier selection process for low and medium complexity projects in PM system (might be with support of Ukrainian Team), which includes:

• Identify potential suppliers
• Request for commercial offers and their analysis
• Conduct supplier’s offers evaluations
• Negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial conditions
• Support of strategic supplier selection projects (data gathering, writing minutes of the meetings, collecting documents, conducting market overview)
• Coordination of contracts through the system according to all norms and principles
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as commercial (Marketing) production, finance, and operations, to align procurement activities with business needs
• Participate in the projects related to the optimization of the processes and costs

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Economical, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Language skills: English – Upper – intermediate, Russian, Romanian – native
• 1+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Consumer / internal customer oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• experience in procurement software is beneficial
