Position Summary:
Our professional team is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven International Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process
for senior-level and executive positions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop tailored search strategies, and engage with top-tier candidates to fill leadership
roles.
BLOCK 1. Responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing: Identify and engage with executive-level candidates using direct sourcing techniques, networking, referrals, and advanced research strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and business leaders in the planning and execution of specific sourcing and selection initiatives which serve to strengthen core capabilities, address specific skills needs, and both enhance and diversify our leadership bench talent.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through a variety of sourcing methods.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitate smooth negotiations between stakeholders and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience, maintaining clear communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and evolving technology requirements to adapt and refine recruitmentstrategies accordingly
BLOCK 2. Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or high-level recruitment.
- Expertise in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent through multiple channels (direct sourcing, job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling executive-level searches.
- Experience in collaborating and communicating effectively with senior leadership.
- Fluent English skills.
