We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our Chisinau team as Data Analyst. This entry-level position combines data management (60%) with international client communication (40%) and offers a clear path to growth.

About Xploroo - What We Do:
Xploroo is an outsourcing company with global clients. Our Chisinau office (20+ people) manages brand information and client relationships for international companies. We verify and update data while serving as the point of contact for our clients in Europe, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Latin America and Japan

What You'll Actually Do:

• Research and update brand information in our database systems
• Verify data accuracy through systematic audits
• Communicate with international clients via email and platforms
• Resolve client questions about their data and our services
• Learn our proprietary tools and systems (full training provided)

Your First Year Growth Path - Guaranteed
Month 1-3: Training and onboarding
Month 4-6: Junior Account Manager with initial client portfolio
Month 7-12: Specialist with expanded responsibilities
After 12 months: Eligibility for Senior or Team Lead promotion

What You Need to Succeed:

• Strong English writing skills (B2 level minimum)
• Detail-oriented mindset and good organizational habits
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
