Our ideal candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support team;
- English language proficiency at B2 level or above;
- fluent and competent command of Romanian language;
- High self-organisation, discipline, punctuality and responsibility for the team;
- Team result orientation, ability to find and solve problems.
Job Description:
- provide assistance to passengers and drivers in written and voice communication;
- advise customers on company services in written and voice communication;
- maintaining reports, work documentation, logs.
