Claims Specialist – Transportation Industry
We are looking for a Claims Specialist to join our growing team!

Your Responsibilities:
- Handle cargo, liability, and equipment claims from start to finish
- Communicate with drivers, insurance companies, and brokers
- Investigate incidents, collect documentation, and determine liability
- File claims and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Track and maintain accurate records
- Help identify recurring issues to prevent future claims
What We Expect:
- Experience in trucking, logistics, or technical customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy mindset – experience with claims or dispatch systems is a plus
- A proactive attitude and strong sense of urgency
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 00:00
