Your Role as a Business Analyst at EBS Integrator

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through strategic thinking and in-depth understanding of business goals and requirements.
• Lead client workshops and interviews to understand core business processes, identify bottlenecks, and discover areas for improvement, applying system and business thinking to ensure holistic analysis.
• Conduct thorough Research and Development (RnD) sessions to identify feasible and innovative solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Provide solution directions and recommendations based on client needs, environmental specifics, and industry trends.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), including BPMN flows, mind-maps, flowcharts, and solution maps that accurately capture the project scope and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Development teams, Project Managers, and Design teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
• Support the Tech Lead in ensuring that client requirements are accurately translated into clear and actionable technical documentation.
• Support quality assurance efforts by validating requirements and verifying solutions.
• Participate as a professional in client presentations, project kick-offs, and strategic discussions to effectively communicate solutions and project progress.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert during professional events and presentations when needed.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose forward-thinking solutions.

Your Background:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and technical teams.
• Practical experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating BRDs, and developing flowcharts and business maps.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira) and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io, Visio).
• Ability to conduct workshops and RnD sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and providing clear and structured documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically about complex business problems.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Romanian or Russian is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
