Our ideal candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support team;
- Italian and English language proficiency at B2 level or above;
- High self-organisation, discipline, punctuality and responsibility for the team;
- Team result orientation, ability to find and solve problems.
Job Description:
- Helping passengers book airline tickets (changes in reservations, cancellations). Incoming call line and chats;
- Advising clients on airline services;
- Regulation of issues related to flight cancellations and delays.
