Recruiting assistant

The Simply Learning Tuition UK Agency, established in 2008, introduces expert private tutors for all academic subjects and levels, including home schooling and international tuition. SLT is currently seeking a Recruiting Assistant. This is a full time position based in Chisinau.

Responsibilities:

I. Recruitment
- Screen incoming applicants who apply by email;
- Present shortlist to SLT and schedule initial conversations and interviews with the London-based team;
- Manage all the information in a professional database;
II. Administration
- Implement routine cash flow and accountancy procedures;
- Monthly invoicing and payroll;
- Be in charge of other occasional tasks supporting the London-based team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor or Master degree;
- At least one year working experience;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Very good computer skills. Xero accounting software would be advantageous, but other as well accepted (1C etc.);
- Attention to details and organizational skills;
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment;
- Experience of working in an English or French speaking country, or in an international environment an advantage;
- Experience of working in a recruitment/administrative environment an advantage.
