Recruiter

You are an ambitious individual eager to dive into the HR field and showcase your people skills? We have a position open for a proactive, self-motivated German or English speaker (German preferred) remote job.

Requirements of the Candidate
- Proficiency in German or English is mandatory, with a preference for German-speakers.
- Must have at minimum entry-level experience (< 2 years) in recruitment. Candidates with mid-level experience (2-5 years) are also encouraged to apply.
- Students with relevant working experience are also welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team setting.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (identify, engage, recruit, and deliver candidates via Linkedin).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define the hiring strategy and manage expectations.
- Implement innovative sourcing and recruiting methods to attract top talent.
