- Fluency in Romanian and Russian (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in PC and basic MS Office programs;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Romanian;
- Communicative, stress-resistant (it is very important that candidates can handle stressful situations), polite, attentive;
- Ability to quickly learn new things, absorb large amounts of information, and be flexible;
- No educational requirements for candidates, except for full-time students, free attendance, or online learning, which are not considered;
- Age requirement for candidates is between 20 and 35 years old.
Responsibilities
- Attracting/hiring owners of freight transport with Romanian registration;
- Daily work in the Bitrix24 CRM system, specifically: timely and quality processing of incoming contacts/leads from responses to the company's advertisements;
-Control and management of document flow:
*checking and forming the necessary package of documents before starting cooperation;
*constantly monitoring the validity periods of carrier documents.
- Resolving all arising issues/questions with carriers from both sides to facilitate cooperation (Example: problematic driver, errors on our part, owner dissatisfaction).
