Lead generator esd

Purpose: generate new leads for Product Advisors, by finding valid contact details via publicly available sources and establishing initial contact.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying contact details
- Conducting initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion
- Maintaining Customer Records and Feedback
- Setting appointments for Product Advisors for product discussion and ultimate goal of closing qualified leads
- Using email to correspond with leads to follow up

Competencies:
- Knowledge of English is a must
- Friendly, can-do attitude
- Able to connect/make a great impression on the first call
- Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly
- Self-confident, fast learner who can adapt to change
- While basic knowledge of marketing is helpful, training will be provided
