About the candidate:

Your previous experience isn’t very important. It could be recruitment, sales, marketing…
What is important to be hands-on, energetic, proactive self starters who are able to get things done; strong communication and interpersonal skills are also needed,
At least one year of experience
Higher Education
Fluency in English, Romanian, and Russian. Other languages are welcome.
Computer literacy – high level

What will you do?

You will be fully involved in the recruitment process: direct or indirect search for candidates, selection process, clients relations, …
You will be responsible for active sales of services, as well
