Essential Duties and responsibilities:
- Higher education (preferably in pedagogy, psychology, human resource management)
- Preferred experience in similar position in the IT company for at least one year, or a similar position in another industry for at least 2 years;
- Knowledge of modern methods of recruitment;
- Good knowledge of languages (Russian, Romanian, English - confident oral and written)
- Competent user PC: Good knowledge of OS Windows, MS Office (Exel, Word, Power Point); confident work on the Internet
Personal qualities:
- Discipline, responsibility, communication, energy, initiative, ability to build good relationships in the team
