Finance manager/chief accountant

HR-Consulting on behalf of its client is looking for candidates to fill the position of

Finance Manager/Chief Accountant

Company:
Foreign production company – more than 100 employees

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for company financial activity
Responsible for daily bookkeeping procedures
Responsible for salary bookkeeping
Perform monthly closing procedures with regards to production cost calculation
Prepare reports for CEO and BOD (Cash Flow, P&L, others)
Control all tax calculations and payments, prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly fiscal reports
Participation in prepare of the annual budget and monthly follow up realized budget
Control all loan payments and interest calculations
Manage all financial ad-hoc issues

Main requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Chief accountant, Finance Manager/Controller
Higher education in Accounting or/and Finance
Knowledge of Moldovan accounting standards and understanding of production accounting standards
Knowledge and skills in budgeting, financial analysis, management of cash flow, and organize financial-economic activity of the company
Strong analytical skills, able to deal with ambiguous/complex situations
Ability to keep deadlines
Fluent in English, Romanian, and Russian
Computer skills: Excel – advances knowledge, 1C – basic
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
