Design project manager

The key responsibilities for the Design Project Manager are as follows:

Manage the day-to-day functions of the design team.
Be responsible for the overall performance and stability of the currents projects. Have a deep understanding and knowledge of the latest web technologies.

Perform hands-on work whenever necessary.
Provide technical support for analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems and content management applications.

Have strong application development background. Workteam experience is a big plus.
Be responsible for the team’s analysis of system requirements, development of specifications and writing technical documentation, testing, prototyping, designing.
Use operational and functional knowledge of all aspects of the application, including all external interactions and internal processes, to develop alternatives to customization of purchased system where possible, or to design and implement appropriate modifications where required.
Follow the change control processes and best practices in the Design department.
Be able to rapidly adapt to changing business requirements and to efficiently acquire and utilize new skills in response to such change. Incumbent is expected to work within and across teams to support the acquisition of new skills and areas of expertise.


Minimum Qualifications:




2 years of working experience in information technologies.


Technical Qualifications or Specialized Certification:



Experience and skills in Html, Css, Photoshop, Illustration.

Working experience on system assessment, performance/load test, hardware sizing, information architecture.
Proven success in building new web applications and supporting other enterprise systems.
At least 2 years of management experience in a complex distributed and political environment.

Language skills:

Romanian and English
