What You’ll Do
- As a Bilingual Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey, helping parents with inquiries, scheduling, and ongoing support.
- You’ll also play a crucial role as the coordinator between parents and tutors, ensuring top-level service quality.
- This is not a call-center-style job—it’s about building real relationships.
You’ll be:
- Connecting with Parents: Responding to inquiries via chat, phone, and email in both Russian and English, always maintaining a warm, supportive tone.
- Scheduling and Support: Assisting parents with booking lessons,
rescheduling, and finding the best scheduling solutions for exams.
- Coordinating with Tutors: Ensuring smooth communication between parents and tutors, managing schedules, and maintaining high service standards.
- Building Relationships: Getting to know our families, understanding their needs, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their educational journey.
- Driving Improvement: Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to help us continually enhance our service.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Russian and English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Customer Experience Focus: Prior experience in customer service or customer experience is preferred. Experience in the education industry is a plus.
- Relationship Builder: You genuinely enjoy helping others and can build friendly, professional relationships with parents and tutors.
- Organized and Proactive: Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems proactively.
- Good Under Pressure: Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a calm, patient, and effective approach.
- Nighttime Availability: Working hours are 8:00 PM - 3:00 AM Eastern European Time.
- Reliable Setup: A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
