And currently, I am looking for a talented web analyst to join me at the very beginning of our prosperous journey.

- Excellent communication skills to communicate complex ideas and recommendations simply
- Take initiative to propose analyses and reports, with a focus on continual optimisation
- Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Understand E-Commerce business requirements and objectives
- Eager to learn new skills, come up with ideas and experiment
- Ready to make mistakes, and take responsibility for them
- Understand the relationships between data & activities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Positive mindset, yet being a realist :)
- B2+ in English!! [Written 90%/Spoken 10%]
- Russian - is your native language [90% of our communication]

What hard skills/experience do I expect you to have?
- [Must Have] 2+ years in Web Analytics
- [Must Have] Expert knowledge of GA4 & GTM
- [Must Have] Experience with dashboard and visualisation tools like Looker Studio/Tableau
- [Must Have] Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Spreadsheets
- [would be great] Experience with A/B testing tools like VWO
- [would be great]Basic Knowledge of JS, HTML, CSS
- [would be great] Basic Knowledge of Amplitude

What would be your main tasks
- Triggers, Key Events, Conversions, Goals Setup & Configuration
- Collecting and Analysing Data
- Website Audits & Recommendations
- Conducting A/B tests
- Tracking / Reporting Optimisation
- Building visualised, Insightful & Automated Reports
- Thorough & Insightful User Behaviour Analysis
- Thorough & Insightful Competitors’ Websites Analysis
- Mapping Out Sales Journeys & Customer Purchasing Pathways
- Communicating with clients, answering their questions

- Central European Time (CET): 9AM - 6PM | 10AM - 7PM | 11AM - 8PM
