HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client is looking for candidates to fill the position of:

Account Director

The company:
A local company operating in marketing & advertising field.

Responsibilities:
•Monitoring competitor's activities and propose necessary action steps to facilitate the new business development;
•Keep abreast customer data to identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; report conclusions to the management for incorporation into the initial plan and any subsequent, agreed changes;
•Generating sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target;
•Manage and solve conflicts with clients;
•Interacting and coordinating with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same accounting;
•Prepare, analyze and follow-up the information on all business-related activities, in order to keep updated the company external communication vehicles (owned web-sites, social media, events, PR) to communicate and reinforce company`s business offer.

Job requirements:
•Minimum 2 years marketing field experience;
•University degree in marketing is an advantage;
•Fluency in Romanian, Russian, and English language;
•Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and email (Outlook) skills;
•Good communications and presentation skills;
•Good attention to detail;
•Problem analysis and problem-solving;
•Good project management skills;
•Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
