IT Delivery Manager

An international digital marketing group is hiring in Moldova. We have developed a number of successful projects in the digital advertising & online gaming industries and are looking to grow our operation in Moldova.

We are looking to complete our team with an IT Delivery Manager. You will be working closely with management and department team leaders in order to complete IT  projects on time.

The ideal candidate has:

• Strong English skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to express himself clearly and concise
• "Get it done" attitude and desire to learn and improve
• Background in IT 

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet scope, quality, and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to define project roadmaps and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, track risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and delivery processes to improve efficiency.
• Report project status, risks, and dependencies to senior management.
