Responsibilities

Premium video editing for YouTube and social media

• Cinematic editing and compelling storytelling
• High-end color grading and visual optimization
• Audio editing: noise reduction, voice enhancement, and sound mixing

Integration of high-quality visual elements

• Precise text placement and refined visual effects
• Smooth transitions and subtle animations for an engaging experience

AI-powered optimization and workflow acceleration

• Descript – auto-cutting, pause removal, automated transcription
• RunwayML – AI background removal and visual effects
• Topaz AI – video upscaling and noise reduction
• Adobe Sensei AI – automatic color grading and smart adjustments

Transforming long-form content into short-form clips

• Extract and adapt segments for Shorts, Reels, TikTok
• Maintain a consistent aesthetic and strong visual identity

Attention to detail and continuous improvement

• Adhering to the brand’s visual and aesthetic standards
• Optimizing workflow for maximum efficiency

Requirements

• Fluent English – all content is in English, and communication will be in English
• Advanced experience in video editing for YouTube and social media
• Expert-level proficiency in professional software and AI tools:

- Adobe Premiere Pro – editing, color grading
- DaVinci Resolve – advanced color grading
- Adobe After Effects – motion design, visual effects
- Descript, RunwayML, Topaz AI – AI-powered automation for efficiency

• Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, cinematic visuals, and old money elegance
• High speed and efficiency – ability to handle large volumes of content while maintaining top quality
• Perfectionism and extreme attention to detail
