Role Overview:
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who thrives on solving complex design challenges and creating visually compelling, easy-to-navigate interfaces. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our web and mobile products, ensuring an exceptional experience for our users.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile platforms that align with business goals and user needs.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize concepts and refine user journeys.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and implement findings to continuously improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure a cohesive and scalable design approach.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in UX/UI design, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
• Transform complex data and workflows into intuitive, user-friendly designs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design best practices.
• Ability to conduct and interpret user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and Java is a plus.
• Experience designing for data-driven platforms or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
