Unreal Engine Developer

We’re seeking an Unreal Engine Developer with strong technical leadership skills to join our team. You’ll play a key role in shaping both our codebase and our development culture as we build engaging, cutting-edge gaming experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Gameplay Systems & Mechanics: Design, implement, and refine complex game systems and features using Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints).
• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices.
• Architecture & Design: Develop and maintain clean, scalable code architecture using proven design patterns.
• Performance Optimization: Profile and optimize performance across CPU and GPU; refactor legacy systems for improved efficiency and maintainability.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with artists, designers, and animators to integrate features and ensure seamless interactions within the game world.
• CI/CD & Version Control: Use Git and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows and support rapid, stable releases.
• Stay Cutting-Edge: Track the latest Unreal Engine updates and evaluate new technologies for integration into the pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of real-time, enterprise-level development experience, with a deep focus on Unreal Engine (C++ and Blueprints)
• Proven experience profiling and optimizing real-time performance (GPU, CPU), with strong debugging and refactoring abilities
• Solid understanding of software design principles and architecture in game/dev environments
• Experience managing or leading a development team (2+ years), with a track record of building and scaling effective teams
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English (written and spoken)

Bonus Points:

• Proficiency in Unity/C# (secondary to Unreal expertise)
• Experience with shader programming or VFX
• Knowledge of multiplayer networking, AI, or procedural generation
• Exposure to agile development environments and tools
