Treasury Manager

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Treasury Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, liquidity, investments, financial risks and optimizing working capital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and plan daily, monthly, and yearly cash flow
• Manage cash pooling: payments, schedules, and fund allocation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, negotiating services and fees
• Oversee debt management and ensure compliance with covenants
• Handle virtual cards and payments, including virtual payment methods
• Implement automation of treasury processes, including host-to-host integration between accounting software and banking programs
• Develop risk management and hedging strategies, handling multiple currencies
• Collaborate with diverse counterparties such as payment systems, fintech companies, card issuers, and virtual payment providers
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to treasury activities
• Work closely with other departments to support financial planning and analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with treasury management systems and financial software
• Experience in managing a treasury team
• Deep understanding of hedging tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts
