What You'll Do

• Act as a key link between our internal teams and airline partners.
• Resolve booking-related cases by communicating directly with airlines.
• Support our Customer Experience team with clear and timely information.
• Track airline policy updates and apply them effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all case activities.
• Collaborate with your team to identify solutions and streamline processes.

What You Bring

• Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written – C1 level).
• Clear thinking, great listening, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong written communication: structured, thoughtful, and professional.
• A detail-oriented, reliable approach to work.
• Willingness to ask questions, take initiative, and learn continuously.
• Availability to work night shifts and weekends.
• Comfortable using Google tools and PC applications.
