Our ideal candidate for the Travel Consultant role is a natural salesperson who understands how to close deals and keep customers satisfied. We're looking for someone who is willing to go above and beyond for their clients, possesses strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and demonstrates proactivity. A commitment to self-improvement and persistence in reaching targets is essential.

Requirements from you:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or an English-speaking role is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• PC familiarity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to learning, excelling and mastering the role.
• Willingness to achieve big targets – we have enough clients for everyone! :)

As a Travel Consultant, you will:

• Assist American clients in selecting and purchasing premium class tickets, explaining various flight packages, pricing structures, and special offers.
• Utilize airline software to search for and book the flights.
• Build flight itineraries for clients, including multiple-stop flights and connections, while utilizing your experience to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of different options.
• Act as a contact between the client and the airline to handle any issues during or after travel.
• Highlight the benefits of booking with us over the airline by showcasing our complimentary add-on services and exceptional customer support.
• Communicate any changes in flight schedules, services, or offers to clients promptly.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of flight details and documentation.
