Travel Advisor (Sales Representative)

We are seeking enthusiastic Travel Advisors (Sales Representatives) who are passionate about delivering outstanding service throughout the entire customer journey. You will guide clients step by step through the booking process for their Business and First-Class airline tickets, ensuring seamless travel arrangements to global destinations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Answer client inquiries via phone and email, advising on a wide range of travel options.
- Provide personalized travel consultation, understanding clients' preferences, needs, and budgets to curate the best travel options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction throughout the travel process.
- Manage and coordinate complex, multi-destination itineraries for business and leisure travelers, ensuring all travel elements are seamlessly connected.
- Sell and promote reservation services, including flights, upgrades, and special packages.
- Upsell additional services when appropriate, providing clients with valuable offers.
- Actively sell and promote a range of reservation services, including flights, upgrades, exclusive travel packages, and premium add-ons, to deliver exceptional value and personalized experiences for clients.
- Offer outstanding post-sale support by addressing any questions or issues related to bookings.
- Provide prompt, effective solutions to ensure a smooth and stress-free travel experience for clients.
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Quick learner with excellent negotiation and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and develop strong relationships.
- Willingness to adapt to shifting client requests and make necessary adjustments to travel plans promptly.
- A genuine interest in helping clients achieve their ideal travel experience, with a proactive attitude to meet their needs.
- Understanding of different cultures and customs to provide respectful, culturally sensitive travel solutions for international clients.
- A passion for travel and helping others create exceptional travel experiences.
- Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous but not essential.
