Technical Support Specialist
Join Our Team as a Technical Support Specialist – provide exceptional service and support for Zeroqode plugins on the no-code Bubble platform.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technologies, where you can leverage your expertise in understanding customer needs and delivering high-quality technical support.
Responsibilities
- provide end-user support for application setup, usage, and upgrades;
- assist clients in diagnosing and resolving technical issues;
- collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and fix bugs;
- manage ticketing system and maintain an updated query resolution database;
- update and maintain the company website with tech tips, briefs, and procedures.
- proven experience in IT customer support, including application support and/or quality assurance;
- strong understanding of web technologies and software issues for effective stakeholder communication;
- excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
- proficient in written English.
- basic knowledge of JS;
- familiar with front-end development or software development process.
